
Pumpkin Seeds
This is my moms recipe. We used to carve pumpkins every year for Halloween as kids and we always made these pumpkin seeds for snacking. I make them with my kids now too. They love them and I love keeping the tradition and making the memories.
Ingredients
- 2 cups unwashed pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon worchestershire
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients and place on a large cookie sheet.
Bake for 2 hours at 250 degrees, stirring occasionally.
Enjoy as a snack or on a salad.
