


Oven Roasted Potatoes
This is so simple and so good that you will never try to make homemade fries or buy frozen french fries again. Mine taste different every time, but I think I have my quantities pretty accurate on this recipe. I hope you enjoy.
*This is DAIRY FREE and GLUTEN FREE*
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs fingerling potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 heaping teaspoon minced garlic or 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or filtered bacon grease
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Slice Potatoes in small bite size pieces. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, minced garlic and olive oil. Mix together with spatula or massage spices/oil into potatoes with hands.
Spread potatoes evenly on pan, making sure not to overlap.
Bake for 30 – 40 minutes or until crispy.
