

Oven Roasted Asparagus
This is a combination of multiple recipes for asparagus that I’ve found over the years. Its very basic, but it is because of this recipe that I can say that all of my kids, ages 10-14, like asparagus. My daughter even asked for this as a vegetable side for her birthday dinner!
*This can be DAIRY FREE if you omit the parmesan and it is GLUTEN FREE*
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- drizzle or spray of olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- parmesan
- reduced balsamic vinegar (recipe coming soon)
Directions
Wash and trim ends off of asparagus.
Place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Sprinkle asparagus with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Stir around to coat the asparagus well.
Sprinkle asparagus with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until done.
Drizzle with balsamic reduction.
