Bourbon Pork Tenderloin

This is another one of my mom’s recipes. I haven’t made it in years, but it is an excellent grilling or oven recipe to serve a crowd or a big family. It feels like a steak meal without the hefty price tag.

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins

Marinade Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar or coconut sugar

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2-3 chopped green onions

Directions

Marinate pork tenderloins several hours.

Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or grill on medium heat for 20-30 minutes.

Pork is done at 145 degrees for rare meat or 160 degrees for well done.

Serve with sauce.
