Bacon in the oven

*This is GLUTEN FREE and DAIRY FREE*

Place 1 pound bacon on broiling pan and put in oven. Once in oven, heat to 400 degrees and cook for 18 minutes or until done. Time is longer for thicker bacon. And then clean your oven… if you want… or you can not clean it and have it look like mine.

Filter bacon grease and store to use as a cooking fat.
